About Me 

I’m Heleen, a freelance surface pattern designer and illustrator living in sunny South Africa.

I create patterns and illustrations for a wide range of applications, including apparel, textiles, home décor, stationery, wallpaper, and more.

 Nature is my greatest source of inspiration. I’m drawn to organic shapes and natural textures that spark creativity and calm. I feel most peaceful and grounded when I’m surrounded by nature, and that’s what I aim to reflect in my work — a sense of peace, connection, and flow.
